There are now 4 cancelling/subbing policies to choose from: Cancel only cancels (the default); automatic
replacement of canceller; admin-managed subbing; or user-managed subbing. Click on
Make Signup Schedule->Do Setup Action->Create or Update Schedule, and see its Help for details.
Various minor display changes were implemented. For example, the contrast between alternating
background colors in tables was increased.
