Spam filters have become much more aggressive. Non-spam messages, such as those from prestogem.com, are sometimes being labeled as spam and not delivered. PREVENTIVE: I suggest you tell your users to tell their email providers that prestogem.com messages are not spam. A Gmail user can do this in the Gmail app. I do not know how it is done in other providers. In Gmail, it is done as follows: 1) Click on the Search Options icon to the right of Search Mail field at the top of the page. 2) Enter the following into the From field of the Search Mail form: @prestogem.com 3) Click on the Create Filter button at the bottom of the form 4) Click the Never Send It to Spam checkbox (halfway down or so) 5) Click the Create Filter button. REACTIVE: If a message you send is blocked, send me the message. I will contact the complaining agency and explain why prestogem.com messages are not spam, I would appreciate it if you did the same.
