Summary of changes
- Added Insert Report... to Announcement pages so you can include reports in announcements.
In particular, since the report is generated as the message is delivered,
you can schedule announcements that contain automatically up-to-date reports.
- Added support for importing non-admin privileges. The column name is "privs" for
both Export (was x-only) and Import. Note that the audit trail message for an import
will indicate if anyone's privileges were changed.
- Added Privileges item to the Insert-Person-Info dropdown menu on the Make/View Report page.
- Added a 3rd usage option for form fields. In addition to admin-only and fields
a regular user can edit, you can now have fields an admin user can edit but
regular user can only view.
- Big info boxes (eg. for a large activity description) now have a vertical scrollbar.
- Clicking on a link in an info box now creates a new window/tab rather than doing
a plain link.

Also I have reworded the material regarding settting the TO-field to
emphasize that your privacy comes first and explain why we want to share that which
can be safely shared:
Sharing support topics with the PRESTO Community is the preferred option
because support topics may apply to multiple groups. However we understand that
when you submit a report, you may not know if something in the support
conversation will be inappropriate for sharing. So feel free to set the
TO-field to Only Support Team. Conversely, if a completed conversation seems
"safe" to us, and also relevant to the whole community, we will request permission to share it.
But please — feel free to say no.
