Make Signup Schedule

A signup schedule is a bunch of activities*, when each is and how many people can signup for each. The schedule you create using this page is what gets displayed when your signup pages are visited.

You can create an individual schedule item by clicking on an Add icon. You can create related items and/or signup people for them via Top-level menus->Center MORE->Add Multiple Items & Signups. You can use Do Setup Action->Add Activity Grids to create items for multiple activities and give each the same dates and times (e.g. courts at a tennis club).

You can select one or more schedule items; and then update, copy, or delete the selected items all at once. For example, you could update the Availability field of a bunch of schedule items to say why they are unavailable (e.g. a Holiday). As part of deleteting a schedule item, you can also delete any signups it has if desired.

Via the , you can choose to temporarily view part of the schedule (e.g. to make it easier to edit). Conversely if you decide a view may be of use in the future, you can save it. For example, you might want to allow people to display a schedule as either a calendar or a grid.

*Activities are what people can signup for at an event. Depending on the kind of event, an activity might actually be a task, a seminar, a job title, and so on. Note that one signs up for an activity, but one registers in the people database. More generally, an activity is something a person is doing, and a registration is who one is.
