Make Signup Form

If there is a form you want people to fill out when they signup, create it using this page. For example, this page is currently showing a simple form that allows someone to enter a comment when she signs up.

Notice that:

• You can constrain field values in various ways. For example, you can restrict a field to only be a date. You can also make a field be a dropdown menu of values.
• You can make fields Optional or Required.
• You can create fields that only an administrator can see and fill out.
• You can create Help for any fields your create. Users (or you via Preview Form) can display this help by clicking on the help at the top of the signup form.
• You can arrange and size fields as desired.

If you want the same form for most activities of an event, you would make it the event's default form. If you have a special form for certain activities, you would go to Manage Activities, select them, and click on any Update Activity icon.
