Sometimes you need to send the same announcement multiple times. To make this easier to do, Email Announcement allows you to save a message in the Drafts folder. Manager Folders enables you to keep track of, rename, and update the draft messages you create.
Email Announcement also allows you to schedule announcements for future delivery, and Manager Folders helps by enabling you to keep track of and tweak not-yet-delivered announcements. This is particularly relevant when you have scheduled a series of announcements.
