Search People Database

You can display people in the database, matching on 0 or more criteria. You can match on registration info and/or signup info — including any form fields you have created.

One common reason to use Search is to find out who has past experience doing some particular activity. And if you check the Show Signups checkbox, the results will show the specifics of that experience.

If you like, click on Display Matches now. If you do, notice that:

• If you filled in no search criteria, everyone in the database matched.
• The group-specific fields of your registration form have columns in the table.
• There is a button to print what matched.
• When done viewing/printing, just click Close.
• When signups are shown, clicking on a signup's date displays its form.
