One of the view choices you have is how a signup page is laid out. You can present it as a list, a grid, or a calendar. Lists are appropriate for short unstructured schedules, grids are for repetitive schedules or like here — a schedule where most of the activity names include a location (in this case a precinct). Calendars are for longer schedules with just a few schedule items per day.
The grid and calendar layouts present the same info as the List layouts, just compressed. For example, click on the dropdown menu for Guest Administrator at Warden, Precinct 1. You will see that Cancel Signup et al are now in this menu (along with the items relating to signup status).
Incidentally, this schedule uses the Category Request signup style. This means a person signs up for a job without identifying a precinct, and then an administrator moves her to the particular precinct where she is needed. Also as the next slide shows, the person can be automatically informed when she is approved (i.e. moved to a precinct) or rejected (i.e. not needed anywhere).
