Setup Auto-Messages

Confirmation messages serve two purposes. They give you a way to thank a person "in writing", and they serve as a reminder to the person.

You use this page to setup confirmation and notification messages for signup actions. When a designated action occurs, the affected person is sent the message you wrote for that action. To change what will be sent, click on a message category's name link (e.g. on Confirm Admin-Signup).

You control whether/how a message is sent by what you select from its Policy dropdown menu. For example, when an admin signup is done, some administrators like to be able to tailor the message before sending it. To do this, specify the Allow You to Edit It option.
