People can sign themselves up for activities from this page. To do a signup, a person clicks on the desired activity's button, fills in any signup-form fields defined for it, and clicks on OK — that's all it takes. Note that if you set it up, the person will then be emailed a signup confirmation message.
If a person has questions about what an activity entails (and you have provided a description), she can click on the activity's name to display this description. Similarly if you supply overall instructions for the event, a link for displaying them is shown at the top of the page.
